Better Health Supplies is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.

In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are aunable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

PRICING & CURRENCY :

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax)

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars AUD

All shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and are calculated by Australia Post when your Country of Origin, State, Territory, Post Code etc. are input into the system.

Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the items ordered, and the destination to which they are being shipped to, together with any optional selections eg: Express Post or Registered Post.
