Shipping Policy:

We ship to New Zealand,Canada,USA & Australia Wide. If you are in another country and would like to make a purchase please contact us direct and we will be able to give you full shipping details.

To ensure all of our customers receive their delivery in a timely manner – Better Health Supplies dispatches all orders within 24 hours by Australia Post  depending on products ordered and stock availability. Standard delivery timeframes are typically between 2 to 10 business days depending on the location and/or country your product is being shippped to. All orders shipped are provided with an Australia Post tracking number to enable you to track every movement of your goods.

Upon checkout of your order, you will be given the option to select Registered or Express Post next day delivery for a minimal extra charge.

It is the customers responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering.  If you enter an incorrect address, Better Health Supplies is not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We make the utmost efforts to ensure you receive your order on time however there may sometimes  be delays that cannot be avoided such as public holidays, weekends, strikes etc.


Returns Policy:

Please choose carefully.  We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. If you have a problem with any item purchased from Better Health Supplies.

If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a refund (less shipping and handling).  All returned product must be in the factory sealed container,undamaged or tampered with for refund. You are covered by our money back guarantee for a full 30 days from your date of delivery.

Please note: All exchanges or returns must be sent to the above address within 30 days of the package being received. No refunds or exchanges will be given without returning merchandise. Shipping and Handling is not refundable. We cannot accept returns on goods that have noticeable use or damage.
